Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on tt343, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally;
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee of any third party;
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of tt343 or any of its affiliated entities;
5. You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or otherwise barred from the tt343 platform;
6. You are not depositing funds on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person;
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

tt343 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on tt343. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or bank account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and preferred payment method details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.

You must notify tt343 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. tt343 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

tt343 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to suspend or close any Account that it reasonably believes has been registered in breach of these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

tt343 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request, and may conduct verification checks at any time during the lifetime of an Account. This process is commonly referred to as Know-Your-Customer, or KYC.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy of the bank account passbook cover page or screenshot confirming that the registered account holder's name matches the name on your tt343 Account;
• Source of Funds Declaration: In cases where large or unusual transaction volumes are identified, tt343 may request a written declaration or supporting documentation regarding the source of deposited funds.

All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC clearance. tt343 will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

Deposits

tt343 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following channels: BCA transfer, BRI transfer, BNI transfer, Mandiri transfer, CIMB Niaga transfer, OCBC NISP transfer, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia) transfer, Bank Permata transfer, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, however unusually large deposits may trigger additional compliance review under our AML obligations.

All funds deposited into your tt343 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.

tt343 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, for which tt343 accepts no responsibility. Funds are generally credited to your Account within seconds to five minutes, depending on the payment channel used.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name that matches the name on their tt343 Account. tt343 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount under standard conditions is Rp 50.000.000. Players at Gold VIP tier and above may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits; contact our VIP Support team for details.

tt343 targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests, measured from the time of approval by our finance team:

• BCA, BRI, BNI bank transfer: 5–15 minutes;
• Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata transfer: 10–30 minutes;
• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja e-wallet: instant to 5 minutes.

These processing times are targets, not guarantees. During periods of high volume or scheduled banking maintenance — which frequently occurs on Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri and Nyepi — processing times may be extended. tt343 will communicate known maintenance windows via on-site notices wherever possible.

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending KYC verification, investigation of suspected policy violations, or at the direction of a competent authority. tt343 will notify you of any such hold and its expected duration as soon as reasonably practicable.

Bonuses & Promotions

tt343 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or shared network, unless expressly stated otherwise;
2. All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
3. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless specified as applying to both the deposit and bonus combined;
4. tt343 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage contribution rate;
5. Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period, which is set out in the individual promotion terms;
6. tt343 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments made to Players who have already opted in;
7. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus harvesting, matched-betting strategies designed to extract bonuses without genuine risk, and collusive wagering — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

tt343 offers sports betting (including football markets such as BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and the FIFA World Cup), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) streaming, slot games, crash games, and table games. Each vertical is subject to its own specific product rules, which are published within the relevant game or betting interface.

All bets are final once confirmed. tt343 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error as described below.

Manifest Error: If a bet is accepted at odds or on terms that are clearly and demonstrably incorrect due to a technical or human error on tt343's part, we reserve the right to void such bets and return stakes to affected Players. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect, not one that is merely unfavourable to tt343.

Void Bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the stated void rule period, market suspension before completion, or the identification of a manifest error. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account balance.

For mix parlay (accumulator) wagers, if any single selection within the accumulator is voided, the accumulator will be recalculated using the remaining selections. The odds of the voided selection will be treated as 1.00 (evens) for the purpose of the recalculation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tt343 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing a suspended Account via a new registration;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusive betting or match-fixing in any form;
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds of unlawful origin;
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing a third party to operate your Account;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals for deposits that have been wagered;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true location;
• Any conduct that tt343 reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tt343 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the intellectual property of tt343 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tt343 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any tt343 content without our prior written consent.

Privacy & Data

tt343 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tt343 implements industry-standard 256-bit TLS encryption, access controls, and data minimisation practices to protect your personal information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gaming

tt343 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time limits, reality-check reminders, temporary timeout periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tt343 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tt343 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity;
• Losses of winnings or profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform that contains errors or omissions;
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tt343's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tt343's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied or the relevant bonus credits have been forfeited.

tt343 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• A Player's self-exclusion request;
• tt343's decision to cease operations in a particular market.

In cases of termination for cause, tt343 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is ultimately established, any withheld balance will be returned to the Player within 30 days of the conclusion of the investigation.

Amendments

tt343 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect the integrity of the platform.

Your continued use of tt343 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tt343 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the conclusion of arbitration proceedings.

If you are accessing tt343 from Indonesia, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with any laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. tt343 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions from which they may be accessed.
